Spring Clean Service
Our Spring Clean service is designed for serviceable devices that need a little cleaning up. Often when we install software on our computers, we don’t realize that pesky add-ons are installed alongside the desired software, this can slow down the performance of the device and sometimes make it unusable.

Upgrade Service (£25 + Parts)
Alongside our Spring Clean service, we will sometimes recommend an upgrade to the components of your device. This is reserved for instances where; the spring clean has not had the desired effect on the device due to inherent hardware constraints. If the main device is in good order and it is economically viable, we will usually recommend two key upgrades.

A memory upgrade allows your device to handle more at once. From having more browsing tabs open at once to running multiple programs.

This will improve the overall performance of the device., from the startup time to the general responsiveness of the system.

Rebuild Devices (£75 per device)
Your device may have some hard-to-prune malware making security an issue or it may not be cost-effective to provide the Spring-Cleaning service on the device. In this instance, we would recommend using our Rebuild Service.

The Rebuild Service involves taking a full backup of your PC and any data on it, then re-installing your Operating System. This gets rid of all the nasty extra adware as any malware or viruses on the device.

At Home Computer Services, we recommend an industry-leading home anti-virus provider, which protects your device from malicious intent via a host of industry-leading protections.

The service is managed, so you have the option of a notification service to alert you to any potential threats and always feel secure. This can also be set up to alert both yourself and Home Computer Services, so we can assist you with any potential security threats you face at home or your office.

We generally offer 3 quotes with varying degrees of technology and quality as CCTV can be an expensive investment. If you are happy with your device quote, we will arrange a suitable date and time for a survey visit.

Modern problems require modern solutions. Home computer services can assist you with website hosting as well as domain hosting. Affordable web hosting packages are available with monthly rolling contracts as well as domain hosting with the standard 1-year tie in. We will manage all the back-end technical jargon and security so you can focus on what’s important.
Prices start from as little as £5.00 for a simple website, discounted to £3.50 if you choose to buy your domain through us.
